If you’re running MHM presses, you already know the struggle: you need enough heat to cure the ink, but not so much that you scorch the shirt. It’s a delicate balance. When it comes time to replace your factory lamps, you don’t want to start a chemistry experiment. You just want something that works exactly like the original. That’s why we focus on matching the OEM thermal footprint. No “cold spots,” no uneven curing—just a consistent hit of heat across the whole garment. Let’s talk power. Voltage isn’t something you can wing. If you drop in a lamp with a lower rating than what your MHM is wired for, you’re going to end up with under-cured prints. It’s that simple.
