We built these lamps for the tough stuff—industrial ovens where the temperature swings wildly and the pressure is on. If you’ve used standard quartz heaters, you know the drill. These are different. They use a high-density carbon fiber emitter that turns electricity into short-wave infrared heat almost instantly. Power and Fit 1100W packed into a 350mm tube is a lot of heat. We chose this specific wattage because nobody likes waiting around for an oven to warm up. It kills your production speed. The 350mm size fits right into most mid-range curing ovens or PET blowing machines. Just a heads-up: check your power supply. If you’re running a bunch of these at once, make sure your breakers can handle the 1100W draw per lamp, or you’ll be spending your morning resetting the electrical panel. Why Carbon Fiber? Here’s the thing about old-school metal coils: they burn out. It happens. Carbon fiber is much tougher. It handles the constant expanding and shrinking of heating and cooling without giving up. We wrap the filament in a quartz envelope to keep oxygen away, which means the heat stays steady for thousands of cycles. But the real magic is how the heat moves. It doesn’t just bake the surface of your part; it actually sinks deep into the core. It’s a more thorough heat. Setting It Up These are basically drop-in replacements. Swap out your old infrared arrays, hook them up to a PID controller, and you’ve got precise control over your temps. But be careful. 1100W in such a small space creates some serious localized heat. If your fans aren’t moving enough air or your cooling isn’t up to par, you might warp your chassis or fry your sockets. This is a high-output tool.
