Introduction
We built this industrial IR lamp to be a straight swap for your M&R flash cure setup. It’s a high-performance halogen lamp, engineered to match the M&R “Shan Hong” (Flash) system in both heat and power. You get the output you need for fast, reliable curing—without paying the OEM premium.
The Specs, in Plain English
Here’s the heart of it:400V, 2500W. We designed it to work with the power setup you already have, so it delivers a tight, focused blast of heat. And the size?300mm long, 10mm in diameter. That’s not a random choice. It’s the exact footprint of the original, so it drops right in. That 2500W punch means the temperature shoots up fast—so your cure times shrink and your line keeps moving.
What It’s Made Of (and Why It Matters)
Inside, you’ve got ahigh-purity quartz envelope, filled with halogen gas. That chemical cycle keeps the filament from breaking down, so the output stays steady and the lamp lasts longer. The shortwave IR coating is there to push energy straight into the substrate, not into the air around it. Less wasted heat. More useful heat. For hooking it up, we use the standardR7s connector. It gives you a solid, two-point connection that can handle the high current without arcing or getting hot under pressure.
What This Means on the Floor
On the shop floor, it comes down to one word:uptime. This lamp hits peak temperature in seconds, so you can keep pace when the orders pile up. And when a lamp burns out, you can swap it in minutes. Not hours. Seriously, it’s plug-and-play. Now, a heads-up:2500W puts out serious heat. Make sure your cooling fans and reflectors are in good shape. If they’re not, the lamp will run hotter than it should, and that shortens its life. This is the direct, engineered alternative to the OEM—built to the spec, and priced to save you money.
