We built this 2000W carbon fiber far infrared heat lamp for the places where drying has to be fast, controlled, and predictable—right where you need it, without taking up a ton of space.
The power you can feel
At 2000W, it brings serious heat density, so temperatures jump quickly. Just match the voltage to your setup—230V or 400V—and make sure your wiring and controls can handle the current. The tube is short and compact, so it slips into tight spots: small ovens, curing tunnels, spot-drying stations. No need to rework the whole machine.
Why the design works
The carbon fiber element keeps resistance steady across the operating range, so the infrared output stays consistent. Far infrared is great for surface heating, helping moisture evaporate without scorching what’s underneath. And we use an R7s connector so you can wire it in fast—plug in, swap out, and get back to work.
Where it shines
Use it for drying coatings, curing adhesives, and clearing surface moisture off parts. The focused heat cuts warm-up time and makes it easier to hold a repeatable temperature profile. One thing to keep in mind: at 2000W, it runs hot. So make sure your enclosure has solid ventilation and proper thermal shielding. That keeps nearby components safe—and helps the lamp last.
