Wholesale Carbon Fiber Heat Lamps: Built for the Plant Floor
We built these carbon fiber heat lamps for one place: the plant floor. Where you need serious heating power, but you don’t have the luxury of extra space. These aren’t your average bulbs. They’re industrial workhorses—pure infrared muscle designed for processes that run hot and fast.
The Power Behind the Heat
Here’s the thing: these lamps are all about concentrated energy. You get 2500W of output packed into a 300mm tube. That’s a tight focus, which means the temperature climbs fast. Really fast. And that 400V requirement? That was a deliberate choice. It delivers serious power without forcing your system to pull huge amperage. So your wiring stays manageable. But, and this is important, that kind of focused heat demands a strong cooling setup. You need to be able to handle the ambient heat that comes with it.
Built to Last, Inside and Out
Inside, you’ve got a halogen-filled quartz envelope. It keeps the output steady, hour after hour, for thousands of hours. The carbon filament itself is coated, too. This improves how efficiently it radiates heat and prevents those hot spots that kill other lamps early. Then there’s the R7s connector. It’s a direct, solid link. No wiggle, no fuss. It keeps the lamp locked in place and wired securely inside the reflector.
Where It Shines
In the real world, this is a drop-in upgrade for equipment that has to perform under pressure. Think PET blowing, plastic thermoforming, or curing coatings. The focused infrared blast hits the material quickly and evenly, which helps you cut down on cycle time. It’s also tougher than standard ceramic heaters when it comes to thermal shock and vibration. So yeah, you’re getting intense, focused heat. That’s the whole point. Just make sure your system is built to handle the thermal load.
